Maple Sugarhouses Open Year-Round

Vermont is the leading producer of maple syrup in the United States, with an annual average yield of half a million gallons! The tapping of maple trees and boiling of sap is limited to the early spring, but tours and gift shops at sugarhouses are usually available year-round. It is also recommended that you call ahead, whether it’s just to look around or to arrange a tour or sugar-on-snow party.
