The Weston Playhouse Theatre Company is a non-profit organization dedicated to producing diverse theatrical and cultural events that enrich the lives of the community and the broad region we serve, with education and outreach programs for all ages, including training programs, play development, and retreats.
The Boston Globe calls Weston Playhouse “the most beautiful theatre in New England.” As Vermont’s longest-running professional theatre, the Company celebrates the classics and nurtures the new with a multi-stage summer season of rollicking musicals, family-friendly productions, classic plays and ground-breaking new works. Come early for dinner, stay for cabaret. See our performance schedule for upcoming shows.
Our dazzling new arts center, Weston Playhouse at Walker Farm, opened in 2017. Walker Farm hosts four shows in the regular season and a variety of special events throughout the year. Both Walker Farm and our Mainstage are ADA-accessible.
No matter your age, the Weston Playhouse has an educational program for you. Come grow with us! See Weston Education Programs for information about Vermont Young Playwrights, our Playwriting in the Schools project, produced in collaboration with the Flynn Center and Vermont Stage, and supported in part by the Bay & Paul Foundations and by Creative Connections Arts Fund of the Vermont Community Foundation.
