The Craftsbury Chamber Players Chamber Music Festival is a six week Vermont Chamber Music Festival performing works of composers of the classical, romantic, 20th century and contemporary period. In their 49th season the Craftsbury Chamber Players Chamber Music Festival is the longest continually running chamber music festival in the country. Voted the “Best Chamber Music of New England” by Yankee Magazine in 2009, each year the Chamber Music Festival runs the last three weeks of July and the first three weeks of August. Chamber Music Concerts are performed on Wednesday evenings at the University of Vermont Recital Hall, Redstone Campus, Burlington, Vermont and on Thursday evenings at the Hardwick Town House, Hardwick, Vermont. All performances start at 8:00pm. Tickets can be bought at the door, by phone, by mail or online. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted.
The Craftsbury Chamber Players also perform FREE “Mini Chamber Music Concerts for Children and Their Friends.” The selections and commentary are geared to Chamber Music’s younger patrons.
