In the morning the sumptuous three-course breakfast
starts with fruit juice, homemade sweet breads or muffins and a specially prepared fruit dish. A tantalizing hot entrée will then give your taste buds an early morning treat. The menu of the day might include Sweet Pepper Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Casserole, Ginger Pancakes with Lemon Sauce, Pain Perdu (French Toast) with local Mad River Valley Maple Syrup, Asparagus filled Crêpes or Granny's Cheesy Soufflé. And breakfast dessert! Then perhaps pictures are better than words...
In the evenings for dinner you have a choice from among the many excellent restaurants
within a few minutes’ drive from B&B.
